In response to the corona virus pandemic, the government has made Telehealth available to all Australians. This will enable many consultations to be conducted via phone or video call, as a way of encouraging social distancing and protecting vulnerable members of the community. Of course, many medical problems will still require face to face consultations. Please discuss with reception whether Telehealth will be suitable for you.
Corona virus testing may be undertaken if patients fulfill the following clinical and epidemiological criteria. Please DO NOT enter the practice if you believe you are at risk of COVID 19. Instead, we request that you alert reception and you will be put through to a nurse to take a more detailed history. We will then determine the appropriate management based on clinical guidelines and advise you how to proceed. A symptom checker is also linked to our website
